Tye Dye Koi

The Tie Dye Circles technique is from the April/May 2014 issue of Technique Junkies. 

The colours I used were: Broken China, Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans.

The Koi stamp was embossed in Black.

    Heidi, I just LOVE this card!! The colors are so pretty! I love the design and that "live out loud" stamped on the little "tag: attached to the fibers! THanks for sharing!
